Shipping Info and other Frequently Asked Questions
1) How is my purchase shipped?
All items will be shipped UPS unless they exceed UPS specifications. The cost to ship will vary depending upon your location. Time will vary as well depending on the level of UPS service you prefer (i.e. less time greater expense).
2) How do you ship large items like antique tubs, farmhouse sinks, etc...?
Large items will be shipped by motor frieght, crating and shipping fees will apply.
3) Do you accept payment by credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
4) Do you sell radiators, boilers, and hotwater heaters?
Yes, we do sell used radiators. We also test them for leaks and set them up for hot water or steam. Unfortunately, we no longer carry hotwater heaters and boilers.
5) Do you have an item catalog for wholesalers?
Although we have not found a way to cost effectively produce a catalog, we hope to do so in the future. We carry much more in repair parts than you are able to see on our site. We might have what you're looking for, so give us a call toll free: 1-800-888-7827
6) What are the advantages of buying from Graham Plumbing Supply over other antique plumbing suppliers?
We totally restore antique plumbing fixtures such as pedestal sinks, china lavatories and toilets. We replace old parts with new parts such as spuds, gaskets, washers, etc. Also we test these fixtures to be certain they are in A-1 operating condition.
As for our wholesale repair parts, we sale OEM. If you need a Delta faucet catridge, you will get a Delta OEM faucet cartridge. We're not going to give you a knock-off when you want the original.
Unfortunately, In today's market it is difficult to completely isolate from foriegn-made items. So, we are very careful with any foriegn hardware that we do sale. We test them to make sure they work (i.e. we have torn apart many flimsy toilet tank levers).
